Q1. Are you a manufacturing factory or a trading company?
A: Zhongcheng Group is a manufacturing base specializing in equipment for mine support, transportation, lifting, spraying, drilling, and ventilation, as well as road machinery products, including excavators, spider cranes, rollers, and other large construction machinery.
Q2. Where is your factory located?
A: We have factories located in Jining and Yantai City, Shandong Province, China. You are always welcome to visit us.
Q3. What are your main products?
A: We primarily produce road machinery, mining equipment, and railway machinery. We are capable of providing any machine you require.
Q4. What is the production lead time?
A: For in-stock items, the production lead time is generally 15–20 days. For out-of-stock items or large orders, it takes 20–30 days, depending on the order quantity.
Q5. What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept TT in advance (30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment), bank transfer, PayPal, L/C, and other payment methods.
